- With the patrons in the pub fleeing and several sorcerous murders in front of witnesses on their hands, the guys from last week try to work out what to do next. (50 exp)
- Meanwhile, other party members mysteriously staying at the same inn come downstairs to find their fellows have made a mess of things. Those who weren't witnessed as accomplices head out the back window. (50 exp)
- Outside, a crowd has gathered at a "safe" distance due to all the shouting and horror and stuff. The murderers stand out the front in plain view as people watch to see what happens next. (50 exp)
- A couple of guards turn up as Bohemund climbs onto the roof of the pub and tries to undermine Stabbington's attempts at an excuse. (50 exp)
- Meanwhile, the others are busy going to the gate and picking up their horse and cart, figuring they should be able to swing by and bundle the crew into the back then escape. (50 exp)
- Bohemund bounds off across the rooftops, heading in the presumed direction of the gate. He gets lost, asks a hobo for directions, and the hobo's actually telling the truth! (50 exp)
- Zan and co, reaching the gate, find that there's a group of guards closing it for the night. A barrel of gin is all the bribe it takes to make the guards delay doing their jobs. (50 exp)
- Stabbington pulls out a clutch lie, saying that the amoeba demon is holding them hostage and making them do horrible stuff. Now it wants them to take it out of town! That's fine by everyone, honestly. (50 exp)
- With the amoeba demon safely hidden in the cart, the group is finally able to get out of town. The gate is shut firmly behind. (50 exp)
- Remembering the glowing doorway into Mt White Plume, the newly reformed party heads on over. As before, at midnight, the door opens and our heroes enter. (50 exp)
- The floor is covered in knee-high scummy water, and Jain's attempts at freezing it result in more of an icy slurry than anything. (50 exp)
- A statue of a sphinx sits on a plinth in the middle of a room. It asks a riddle and Jumurak answers. He is correct. Nobody realises because nothing bad happens when the party move on past. (50 exp)
- The path splits in three, and while following a fork in the path Jain suddenly falls into a pit hidden beneath the surface. It's not so bad since it's full of water and she's pulled out quite easily. (50 exp)
- Further on, the walls are covered in copper sheeting. Attempts to cross through result in armour heating up to damaging levels the further along the tunnel one is. (50 exp)
- Attempts such as floating across on a shield are attempted and fail, leading to the group giving up on that particular branch. (50 exp)
- Another path is taken into a larger room filled with water. Unfortunately the room also contains a couple of kelp-legged ladies who charm people into the water where they begin happily sucking down water. (50 exp)
- Various grapples and magic saves ensue, with the end result of the party running away to the front door to fortify and hopefully soon escape. WILL THEY SURVIVE!? (50 exp)
